Introducing New Roaming Packs

Whether you’re embarking on a business trip or a well-deserved holiday, our updated Roaming Packs for 4G and 5G Mobile services provide the perfect balance of data, calls, and SMS across 60+ Included Roaming Destinations.

Here’s what’s available:

• 3GB BizPack: $60 for 3GB, 300 mins, 300 SMS (3 days)
• 5GB Pack: $35 for 5GB, 30 mins, 30 SMS (7 days)
• 10GB Pack: $55 for 10GB, 60 mins, 60 SMS (14 days)

Key Features & Benefits

• Hassle-Free Activation: Activate your Roaming Pack with a simple SMS—just text the pack code to ‘179’.
• Track Your Usage: Monitor your remaining balance anytime by texting “BAL” to ‘179’.
• Wi-Fi Calling Included: Make calls and send SMS using your domestic unlimited allowance over Wi-Fi, at no extra cost.

How to Activate

Upon arrival in a supported destination, you’ll receive a welcome SMS with instructions. Simply choose and activate your desired Roaming Pack.

For example, to activate the 5GB Pack, text ROAM5 to ‘179’.

Important Things to Note

• Non-Renewing Packs: Roaming Packs do not renew automatically. To maximise your usage, only activate a new pack once your current one is fully utilised.
• Eligibility: Roaming is not available for standalone Mobile Data plans.
• Other Destinations: For travel to destinations not included in our Roaming Packs, we recommend purchasing a local SIM for uninterrupted connectivity.
