International Rates, & Excess Charges & Speeds

^Where listed as Unlimited International Calls/Texts above, the respective plan includes unlimited calls (when called from within Australia) to: China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Kingdom, USA and Vietnam. This call and text value cannot be used while roaming overseas. Contact us for other International Call rates.

Excess Usage charges apply if you make calls or send SMS/MMS to any non-included numbers. Further charges will also apply when roaming overseas.

Data Share Plans: Excess usage charges will also apply if you exceed your pooled monthly data allowance. The first 100GB of excess usage will be charged at $70 per 10GB block, or $0.006836 per MB. Any further use is then charged at $0.020625 per MB, calculated per KB of usage.
Data Bank Plans: Excess usage charges will also apply if you exceed your pooled monthly data allowance. The first 10GB of excess usage will be charged at a rate of $10 per 2GB block ($0.004883 per MB). Any further use is then charged at a rate of $0.020625 per MB, calculated per KB of usage.

Download speeds for each plan are capped at either 100Mbps or 250Mbps as indicated in the table above. This is the maximum potential download speed. Typical speeds may often be slower and will vary due to factors such as location, device capabilities, distance from the base station, local conditions, concurrent users, hardware and software configuration and download/upload destination.

Double Data Deal Terms & Conditions

Double Data Deal (“The Offer”) Terms & Conditions

Offer Period: The Offer is valid until 11:59pm AEST on 31st January 2025. Note: services must be activated with an eligible plan by the offer period cutoff time.
Eligibility:
- The Offer applies to new Telair 5G Business Mobile Data Banking Plans (32GB, 50GB, 90GB, 150GB, 180GB & 120GB) or existing customers upgrading to an elgible plan. It is not available for contract renewals or extensions.
- The Offer is not available on Data Sharing Plans, or 4G-only Data Bank Plans (5GB, 12GB, 25GB).
Offer Details:
- The Offer provides a bonus data inclusion for the first 3 monthly bill cycles to newly activated or upgraded users on eligible plans as per above, to be automatically applied on activation of the service.
- From the 4th bill cycle, plans will revert to their regular listed data inclusion.
Additional Terms:
- Changes to the contract term may result in the forfeiture of promotional data associated with the Offer.
- Telair reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the Offer at any time at its sole discretion.
