What is the job?
We are seeking an enthusiastic L1 Technical Support superstar to be the friendly face of our business and provide first-rate technical assistance to our diverse range of customers, both residential and commercial.
As a valued member of our team, you’ll have the chance to expand your knowledge of Business Grade Fibre services across multiple Carrier networks, as well as get hands-on experience with cutting-edge Cloud-based communication platforms and NBN Internet technologies nationwide.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve issues with Residential and Business-grade services through effective troubleshooting.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their query/fault by providing proactive communication.
- Work with upstream and third-party suppliers to manage fault resolution in a timely manner.
- Manage customer expectations according to defined processes.
- Actively handle ticket queues and inbound phone calls.
- Identify short and long-term strategies to help mitigate the impacts on customers’ business or home network by taking a holistic approach to their situation.
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of fundamental networking principles

What You Will Do:
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Head of Marketing (Brisbane Head Office)

About the role
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to spearhead our brand and marketing strategy, manage new and existing brand initiatives, oversee the marketing team, and launch / revitalise new and existing brands. Reporting to the Director and managing a team of two, a Digital Marketing Manager and a Graphic Designer, this is both a strategic and operational marketing role, managing the brand strategy and creating tactical marketing plans that will support customer retention and acquisition and engage the target market. This role would suit a marketer who is ready to take on managing a company-wide strategy.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies across the brand portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and market impact;
- Lead and manage new brand initiatives within the group;
- Oversee, mentor, and guide the marketing team, currently comprising a Digital Marketing Manager and a Graphic Designer;
- Evaluate and potentially refresh branding for existing brands within the group;
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic decisions;
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for effective marketing across all brands;
- Work with external agency partners on effective delivery across digital channels;
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments, build strategic partnerships and expand market share;
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features); and
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
Requirements:
- Based in Brisbane with a willingness to perform a hybrid role in Murrarie (at least 3 days in the office);
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or other relevant field;
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with significant leadership roles in brand management, plus creative and analytical capabilities (preferably in telecommunications or related B2B industries);
- Proven track record of successfully managing brand initiatives (including new brand launches and rebranding projects);
- Proven experience in creating and delivering organisation wide brand and marketing plans that generate leads;
- Previous experience in managing and developing a marketing team;
- Outstanding communication, strategic planning, and project management skills;
- Proven track record of leading, ideating and executing growth initiatives;

Logistics & Administration Coordinator (West Perth Office)
About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Perth office. This role is pivotal in managing logistics operations, including inventory management, shipping coordination, and vendor relations, alongside general logistics administration duties. This role is available for part-time or full-time from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Ordering & Dispatch:
- Manage customer orders and dispatch processes, including drop-shipping and coordination of in-house configuration.
- Coordinate delivery with upstream suppliers, internal stakeholders, and end customers.
- Utilise our CRM and ticketing system to track and process orders.
- Handle warranty claims and RMA processes, coordinating with technical support, suppliers, and customers.
- Additional Administration Duties:
- Assist in coordinating office maintenance tasks, mailing, shipping, supplies, and errands.
- Assist in planning and executing company events.
