- Bounced Direct Debits attract a fee of $21.90
- Dishonoured Cheques attract a fee of $25.00

Please note: Telair does not mark up or profit from any once-off payment surcharges/fees (or Direct Debit surcharges, where applicable), as required under the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Payment Surcharges) Act 2016, which bans excessive payment surcharges. Any such fee(s) will be billed either on your next invoice or immediately from the bank account or debit/credit card from which the amount is being drawn. This is totally dependent on the platform used to facilitate payment of the drawn amount and is passed directly through to the respective payment processing gateway provider.
Late Payment Fees are equal to 2.5% of the amount outstanding, with a $15 minimum. Should you encounter financial difficulty or can’t pay on time, we encourage you to get in touch before your bill’s due date, and we will happily work with you to set up a reasonable payment plan and avoid any Late Payment Fees or service suspensions.
